Maintain Your Employees Initial Excitement
Your employee has just been offered an opportunity to be relocated by your company. They may have just been recruited to a new position with you, received a promotion, or been offered an exciting global role. Often the perception is that relocating employees view their move as “stressful”, “scary”, or “a logistical nightmare” when in reality your employee is often thrilled to take the job and excited about their new adventure.
Odyssey can help make sure their initial excitement about the new role is sustained, and that every interaction with us will make the employee feel more comfortable with their decision from their first initial call, through settling into their new home. Odyssey will be with your employee through their entire journey. We help at every phase throughout the process to ensure no milestone is missed.
Pre-Decision Services
For over 20 years, Odyssey has refined our pre-decision program which we refer to as our Recruitment Assistance Program. This program continuously proves it’s value for the employee, the employee’s family, and the company.
Departure Services
Preparing your employee for a successful move starts early in the relocation process. Departure services are designed to assist your employee in feeling comfortable leaving their home location while preparing them for their new home location.
Destination Services
Destination services are designed to ensure your employee feels confident when they land in their new location. By helping them find the right place to live, get set up quickly, and ensuring that their local resources can be easily found, will allow your employee to feel more comfortable and confident in their new environment.
On-Assignment Support
Managing the ongoing experience during the term of their assignment is critical for your talent to feel supported through their entire assignment journey and set them up for a successful eventual repatriation.
Repatriation Services
Our counselors will coordinate departure-related services to help your employees properly “check out” of the host country housing, de-register locally, coordinate return shipments, arrange temporary lodging, and ensure the employee’s home country housing is ready.
