For Points-based programs, employees receive a set number of points or a defined allowance to allocate across relocation services, such as temporary housing, shipment of household goods, or travel assistance. Cálculo™, our online cost projection tool, quickly and accurately estimates the cost of any relocation no matter where it is in the world. Cálculo™ factors in variables like location, family size, housing preferences, and job level to deliver the industry’s most accurate and customized estimates. It can handle any move type:

- International Long and Short-term assignments

Cálculo™ also provides full tax calculations for more accurate budgeting (US Domestic Tax Gross-up currently available, Int. Hypo Tax calculations available Q3 2025).
