For Core Flex programs, you can have complete control over how benefits are allocated to your employees. You can control what benefits all employees get and have the flexibility to allow the employee or the employee’s relocation consultant to choose what customizable benefits they receive.
In points-based programs, employees receive a set number of points or a defined allowance to allocate to relocation services, such as temporary housing, shipment of household goods, or travel assistance. Benefit Navigator™ provides employees with the flexibility to choose what matters most to them while ensuring consistent application of company guidelines and global compliance.

Cálculo™, our online cost projection tool, quickly and accurately estimates the cost of any relocation, anywhere in the world. Cálculo™ factors in variables such as location, family size, housing preferences, and job level to deliver the industry’s most accurate, customized estimates. It can handle any move type:

- International Long and Short-term assignments

Cálculo™ also provides full tax calculations for more accurate budgeting (US Domestic Tax Gross-up currently available, Int Hypo Tax calculations available Q3 2025).
