Odyssey is proud to have hired Amy Schmitz as Director, Global Operations and Emily Consolazio, as the new Manager, Marketing.

Amy will oversee the daily activities of Odyssey’s team of relocation consultants and provide strategic support to our clients.

Amy resides in the Minneapolis area and enjoys spending time with her two young children and husband.  They frequent the many lakes that Minnesota has to offer with their two dogs.

Emily Consolazio
Manager, Marketing

Emily will join forces with our VP of Sales, Marketing to develop marketing content and campaigns that further tell the story of global mobility and the importance in building a mobility program that fits a company’s core values and culture.

“Emily will bring a wealth of talent to our marketing department at Odyssey. She will help us execute on several important initiatives around digital marketing, social media, campaign management, and be the voice and brand ambassador for the company. Emily will raise the bar for all our marketing efforts at Odyssey,” said Josh Hyatt, Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Odyssey is looking to tell a story around relocation in such a way that encourages and supports companies who are moving past the post-pandemic market standards and providing their relocating employees with options to start their new job off on the right foot.

Emily obtained her BA from California State University, Fullerton in Marketing. In her spare time, Emily loves spending time with her husband, son and mini bernedoodle, and cheering on her favorite hockey and baseball team.
