Based on these factors, the system recommends vendors that are best aligned with the specific needs of each move and client preference. It also allows us to “dial in the perfect vendor” for the move. Some examples of this could include an urgent move where timing and availability are more critical than price. A VIP move where only the highest level of quality will do, or a move where we are just trying to find that perfect balance of quality and cost. This leads to improved service consistency, better outcomes, and stronger cost control.
While we are early in analyzing the results of this AI enhancement, early results have shown several areas of improvement, including:
